Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls with existing customers.
  • Promote and upsell Ather products, accessories, service plans, and value-added offerings.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/system.
  • Follow quality guidelines and company sales processes.
