Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, communicate with customers, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and provide information about our products/services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve call and sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond professionally.
- Explain products/services, offers, and company information clearly.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Resolve basic customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling/sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while speaking with customers.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor/manager.
