The role involves calling prospective customers, generating and qualifying leads, explaining personal loan products, handling customer queries, and converting leads into successful loan applications.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

📞 Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

• Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.

• Understand customer requirements and identify suitable prospects.

💰 Personal Loan Sales

• Explain basic personal loan features, eligibility and application process to customers.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Convince interested customers and convert leads into loan applications.

🔄 Follow-ups & Conversion

• Regularly follow up with interested and pending leads.

• Maintain proper lead status and follow-up information.

• Work towards improving lead conversion and achieving sales targets.

🎯 Target Achievement

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Maintain consistent calling activity and focus on quality lead conversion.

• Coordinate with the relevant team for further processing of qualified leads.

We are looking for a confident, energetic and target-oriented candidate with good communication and convincing skills. Freshers are welcome, provided they are comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000/month

As per skill and experience

🔥 Incentives: ₹30,000+
