Job Description

  • Manage, motivate, and monitor a team of telecallers on a daily basis.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales/conversion targets.
  • Track team performance, including calls made, leads contacted, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue.
  • Monitor call quality and ensure professional communication with customers.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to team members.
  • Help telecallers handle customer objections and difficult conversations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and maintain proper lead/customer records.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
  • Identify underperforming team members and implement improvement plans.
  • Coordinate with the sales/operations team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
  • Resolve customer or team-related issues promptly.
  • Motivate the team through regular reviews, incentives, and performance discussions.
