Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate quality leads.
- Explain residential and commercial real estate projects to prospective buyers.
- Identify customer requirements, budgets, and investment preferences.
- Schedule client meetings and property site visits.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain strong client relationships.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update lead details in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions and bookings.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry.
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation.
- Ability to handle customer objections.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 2 years preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Candidates with experience in Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi NCR, or Mumbai real estate markets will be preferred.
