Job Description
Generate leads and acquire new customers for Personal Loans, Overdraft Loans, and Balance Transfer products.
Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements.
Knowledge of personal loans, overdraft facilities, and balance transfer products.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of banking regulations, KYC, and loan documentation.
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
