Position: Telecalling Executive
CAD DESK is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities:Make calls to fresh leads and potential clients.
- Promote our CAD and design-related courses to prospective students.
- Connect with clients who may require architectural, interior, MEP, or other design consultancy services.
- Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads for the design team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for further discussions with interested clients.
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
- Basic understanding of design courses or design consultancy services will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
