About the Role Rise Realty is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact with potential customers professionally.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Explain real estate projects, property details, and available offers to prospective clients.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into potential business opportunities.
• Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer calls confidently.
• Good convincing and follow-up skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or real estate will be an advantage.
