Job Summary - We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain FinAGG's financial products, generate qualified leads, and support the sales team in acquiring new customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, along with an interest in sales and financial services.

• Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers, including distributors, dealers, retailers, and business owners.
• Explain FinAGG's supply chain financing and business credit solutions to potential customers.
• Generate leads and identify customers interested in availing business financing facilities.
• Understand customer requirements and assess their initial interest and eligibility based on company guidelines.
• Follow up with interested prospects to move them forward in the sales process.
• Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion, document collection, and further processing.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM.
• Achieve daily calling targets, monthly lead generation targets, and assigned sales KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure professional communication and compliance with company policies during customer interactions.
• Required SkillsExcellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented approach with a willingness to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Eligibility Criteria Qualification: Graduate in any stream preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer acquisition.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
• Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, loans, or financial services will be an added advantage.
