Job Description

 Hiring: Telecaller – Rent Collection & Vehicle RecoveryCompany: GBG EV

Experience: 0–3 Years

Location: Noida

Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 + Incentives

  • Key ResponsibilitiesCall riders/customers for pending rent collection.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection.
  • Coordinate with the Fleet & Recovery Team for vehicle recovery.
  • Track overdue vehicles and maintain daily recovery updates.
  • Handle customer/rider queries related to rent and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily and monthly collection & recovery targets.
  • RequirementsGood communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hindi required; English preferred.
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and disciplined.
  • Experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, or fleet operations is preferred.
