Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining our health insurance plans, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain health insurance products and company services.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent service.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required.
- RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
