Job Description

We are a Loan Collection & Recovery Agency working with Banks and NBFCs for recovery of overdue and bad debts.

Responsibilities:

  • Call customers regarding overdue loan payments.
  • Follow up on pending dues and payment commitments.
  • Maintain call records and update customer details.
  • Achieve assigned daily/monthly collection targets.
  • Handle customers professionally and follow company/client guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Confident and target-oriented.
