• Drive monthly sales, login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
• Monitor and improve team productivity and conversion ratios.
• Ensure professional customer handling and effective communication.
• Support the team in documentation, query resolution, and case closure.
• Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, and internal departments for smooth processing.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and discipline.
• Conduct regular team training, reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Manage leads and generate new business opportunities through references and market activities.
