Key Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of Talent Acquisition experience
✔️ Proven experience in Sales Hiring (Mandatory)
✔️ Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter
✔️ Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What You'll Do:
🔹 Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
🔹 Handle bulk and lateral hiring with a focus on sales roles
🔹 Source candidates through multiple channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and job portals
🔹 Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
