Job Description
- Contact clients through CRM-based calling and understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's stock market advisory services and products to potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales through effective communication.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain professional relationships.
- Handle client queries and provide relevant information regarding advisory services.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals.
- Maintain accurate calling and client information in the CRM system.
- For the Manager – With Team position, manage and guide the team, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of team targets.
- Maintain daily calling and sales reports as required by the management.
