Job DescriptionVeggieBox Kitchens is urgently hiring an experienced South Indian Cook who can prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining food quality, taste, hygiene, and consistency.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare authentic South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, Sambhar, Rasam, and Chutneys.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes.
• Manage batter preparation, kitchen preparation, and ingredient planning.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory and minimize food wastage.
• Handle daily kitchen operations efficiently during peak hours.
• Requirements Prior experience as a South Indian Cook is preferred.
• Good knowledge of authentic South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
• Ability to manage kitchen operations independently.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
• Dedicated, punctual, and willing to join immediately.
