About the CompanyGreat Care Realty, a sister concern of Steel Craft Exports, is looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team at Sector 150, Noida.

• Job ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies to strengthen the company's online presence.
• Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging and relevant content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
• Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Write compelling captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
• Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative requirements.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.
• Increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, followers, and leads through organic and paid campaigns.
• Track and analyze social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Manage comments, messages, and audience interactions professionally.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, social media, and content trends.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / Content Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong content and storytelling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative/design tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads and social media analytics will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a marketing team.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
