Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Video Editor who can manage multiple client accounts end-to-end. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing, Reel creation, graphic design, content strategy and social media management skills.

We need someone who can bring fresh creative ideas, understand different industries and audiences, and help brands grow their online presence through engaging content and effective social media strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple client social media accounts from planning to execution.
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, static posts, carousels and other social media creatives.
• Handle professional video editing and Reel creation.
• Develop monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
• Generate creative concepts, hooks, campaigns and innovative content ideas.
• Plan, schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
• Maintain each brand’s visual identity, tone and communication style.
• Develop strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers and leads.
• Plan and coordinate content and product shoots, including shoot concepts, references and requirements.
• Conduct trend research, competitor analysis and audience research.
• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for assigned accounts.
• Have a basic working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Monitor social media and campaign performance and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for the following month.
• Stay updated with social media trends, Reel formats, platform algorithms and emerging content opportunities.
• Required Skills & Qualifications1–2 years of relevant experience in social media management, video editing and content creation.
• Strong video editing and Reel creation skills.
• Good understanding of graphic design, typography and visual presentation.
• Experience creating social media posts, carousels and branded creatives.
• Understanding of social media growth, content strategy and audience engagement.
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and basic knowledge of Google Ads.
• Strong creativity, trend research and competitor analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills.
• An ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and suggest new ideas.

Portfolio RequirementsA portfolio is mandatory. Candidates must share samples of their previous work, including:

• Reels and video edits
• Social media posts and carousels
• Social media accounts managed
• Creative concepts and campaigns
• Relevant content strategy or performance examples, if available

What We're Looking ForWe want someone who combines the skills of a Content Creator + Video Editor + Social Media Strategist + Account Manager.

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, detail-oriented and focused on delivering quality content and measurable results.

• Relevant experience of 1–2 years is required.
