We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO professional with strong practical knowledge of SEO, Local SEO, GMB optimization, AEO, GEO and AI optimization.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the core SEO activities required to improve the Google ranking of our website and Google Business Profile (GMB) and generate quality organic leads.

Key Responsibilities & Required Skills

1. Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis

• Complete keyword research and analysis.
• Identify high-search-volume and high-intent keywords.
• Competitor keyword and backlink research.
• Find new keyword opportunities for ranking and lead generation.
• Prepare keyword mapping and content strategies.

2. Complete SEO

• On-Page SEO
• Off-Page SEO
• Technical SEO
• Website audit and SEO issue identification.
• Internal linking and website structure optimization.
• Meta titles, descriptions, headings, schema and other SEO elements.
• Backlink building and authority improvement.

3. AEO, GEO & AI Optimization

• Knowledge of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Optimization of content for AI search and AI-generated search results.
• Structured, entity-based and question-based content optimization.
• Stay updated with changing Google and AI search algorithms.

4. GMB / Google Business Profile Optimization

• Complete GMB optimization.
• Local SEO strategy.
• Citation building and management.
• Geo-tagging and location-based optimization.
• Local keyword optimization.
• GMB posts, services, products and profile optimization.
• Improve Google Maps/GMB visibility and rankings.
• Competitor analysis for local rankings.

5. Daily Content & Posting

• Create/post daily SEO-based content.
• Prepare content along with suitable templates/creative posts.
• Keyword-based content creation.
• GMB posts and website content.
• Coordinate content strategy with SEO objectives.

6. Website & GMB Ranking

• Work specifically toward improving organic website rankings and GMB/Google Maps rankings.
• Monitor keyword positions and competitor movement.
• Track SEO performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify ranking drops and implement corrective strategies.

7. Keyword-Based Content

• Good understanding of search intent.
• Ability to create or guide content based on target keywords.
• Optimize existing website content for better rankings.
• Develop content around long-tail, commercial and local-intent keywords.

8. Social Media Optimization

• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms.
• Understand how social content can support brand visibility and SEO.
• Assist with basic social media optimization and posting.
• Candidate We Are Looking ForStrong practical knowledge of SEO and Local SEO.
• Must understand GMB/Google Business Profile optimization.
• Should have practical knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO and AI SEO will be highly preferred.
• Analytical and result-oriented approach.
• Should understand how to improve actual rankings rather than only prepare reports.
• Ability to work independently and implement SEO strategies.
• Experience in the legal/lawyer niche will be an advantage.
