Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives or managers.
  • Revenue Generation: Own and exceed regional or segment sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, key accounts, and channel partners.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales funnel, monitor daily activities, and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Strategy & Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze competitor trends, and refine pricing or go-to-market approaches.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 5 to 8+ years of proven experience in B2B or industry-specific sales, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Core Skills: Strong negotiation, team motivation, CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), and data-driven analytical capability.
