Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance closely.
  • Handle target pressure and maintain a strong sales-driven environment.
  • Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Track KPIs, conversion ratios, productivity, and revenue.
  • Identify performance gaps and take immediate corrective actions.
  • Train team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and customer conversion.
  • Maintain discipline, attendance, and professional conduct on the floor.
  • Share daily performance reports with management.
  • Take ownership of team targets and deliver results consistently.
