Job Description – Team Leader (Personal Loan & Overdraft)
Position: Team Leader – Personal Loan & Overdraft
Experience: 1–2 Years (Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in DSA/BFSI sales)
Location: A-70, Sector-2 (Nearest Metro Station: Sector-15)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives handling Personal Loan and Overdraft products.
- Drive daily sales targets and ensure team productivity.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve business goals.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews and provide coaching where required.
- Ensure quality sourcing of customers while maintaining compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing and timely disbursements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and share performance updates with management.
- Develop strategies to improve sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Personal Loan, Business Loan, or Overdraft sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good understanding of banking and financial products.
- Ability to achieve targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
