Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to lead and manage our sales team at Credscoop.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage and motivate the sales team.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  • Handle customer queries and support the team in closing leads.
  • Track sales activities and maintain performance reports.
  • Train new team members on sales processes and product knowledge.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Finance/Financial Services.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Good team-handling and leadership abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
