About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries.

Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Update customer details and call records in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead closures.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets while maintaining quality.

Requirements

Female candidates only.

0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or Sales.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).

Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
