- Monitor daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Drive the team toward consistent target achievement.
- 👤 Candidate ProfilePrevious experience in sales/team handling preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Healthcare/pharma sales experience will be an advantage.
