Job Description

A real estate sales manager leads a team of agents to drive property transactions, manage the client journey from site visits to final bookings, and meet regional revenue goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage daily performance of a sales team.
  • Sales Strategy: Set sales quotas, forecast revenue targets, and analyze local market trends.
  • Client Relations: Oversee high-value negotiations, resolve customer issues, and secure critical contracts.
  • Operations: Monitor budgets, control sales expenses, and coordinate property listings.
  • Channel Sales: Build networks with channel partners, brokers, and regional stakeholders when applicable.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3 to 5+ years in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Core Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and advanced negotiation capabilities.
