JD for Sales Manager:

The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. The role involves leading the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales forecasts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, corporate clients, and key customers.
• Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with internal teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, Purchase, and Finance departments for timely order execution.
• Monitor order status, deliveries, payments, and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present them to management.
• Ensure achievement of sales KPIs and profitability targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to generate business.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide effective after-sales support.
• Maintain CRM records and update customer information regularly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality management systems.
