Job Description

Job Title: Health Insurance Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers and explain health insurance policies.
  • Understand customers' requirements and suggest suitable health insurance plans.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms & conditions.
  • Assist customers with the policy application and documentation process.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up with existing clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance products is preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Customer-oriented and target-driven approach.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
