Sales Executive

📋 Job Summary

We are seeking an empathetic, target-driven Inside Sales Specialist to

handle inbound inquiries and convert warm leads into customers. You will

consult with clients over the phone to understand their wellness needs and

recommend our premium range of Ayurvedic medicines and products.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

Convert Inbound Leads: Respond to inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and chat

to close sales.

Consultative Selling: Assess customer health goals and recommend

appropriate Ayurvedic products.

Product Expertise: Maintain strong knowledge of our formulations, benefits,

and usage.

CRM Management: Log daily customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales

data.

Retention: Follow up with existing customers to drive repeat orders and

subscriptions.

🎯 Key Metrics (KPIs)

Monthly sales and revenue targets.

Lead-to-sale conversion rates.

Average order value (upselling/bundling).

🎓 Qualifications

Experience: 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales, or customer success

(Healthcare, D2C wellness, or Pharma preferred).

Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and CRM

proficiency.

Knowledge: Passion for or basic understanding of Ayurveda and natural

health.
