Sales Executive || Roles & Responsibilities


  • Handle outbound/inbound customer calls for sales conversion.
  • Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections and resolve basic queries effectively.
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/MIS.
  • Follow approved sales scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain required call quality, productivity, and conversion standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer onboarding.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Team Leader/Manager.
