Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and field visits.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and presentations.
- Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports and share progress with the reporting manager.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.
