Job Description
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and property needs.
Explain property projects, features, pricing, and available options to potential customers.
Generate and qualify leads through calls and other communication channels.
Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update and maintain customer information and follow-up details in the CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience.
Prepare regular reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
