Sales Counselor

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls and follow up on enquiries and leads.
• Explain yoga courses, course structure, duration, fees, and admission procedures.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable courses based on their interests and requirements.
• Convert interested leads into paid admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Handle students' questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, leads, and admissions in the CRM or sales tracker.
• Coordinate with the admission and student support teams when required.
• Provide regular sales reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with prospective students.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in handling phone calls and counselling prospective students.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp and CRM tools.
• Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and close sales.
• Previous experience in telesales, counselling, education sales, or inside sales will be preferred.
