Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure smooth coordination with customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage sales-related activities efficiently.

• ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding product/service requirements and follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, quotations, invoices, and other documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain customer records and update sales information regularly.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, and payments.
• Assist the sales team in achieving daily and monthly targets.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
• Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to maintain records and handle documentation.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role will be an advantage.
