About the Company

Key Responsibilities -
1.Identify Potential clients through various channels such as walk-ins, referrals, brokers, and digital platforms.
2.Provide complete information to clients about property projects, including location, amenities, pricing, and payment plan.
3.Conduct site visits with interested clients and present the project details effectively
4.Handle client negotiations and ensure successful closure of property sales deals.
5.Build and maintain strong relationship with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
6.Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
7.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
8.Maintain and update client information and sales reports in CRM or MS Excel.
