Property Consultant – Plots & FarmhousesManara Estates is looking for a confident, customer-focused Property Consultant to help clients explore plots and farmhouses for sale.

• What you’ll doSpeak with prospective clients by phone and message to understand their requirements and budget.
• Promote available plots and farmhouses, share accurate property information, and arrange viewings.
• Follow up with enquiries and maintain clear client records.
• Build relationships with buyers and sellers, support negotiations, and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Work toward individual and team sales targets.

• Confidence with telecalling, follow-ups, and sales conversations.
• A positive, professional, and presentable approach.
• Good organisation and client-handling skills.
• Property sales or customer-service experience is helpful; knowledge of the local market is a plus.
