Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the real estate market.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and investors.
  • Provide personalized guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.
  • Property Sales & Negotiation
  • Conduct property viewings and explain features, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and manage the process from start to finish.
  • Ensure smooth closure of deals while protecting client interests.


  • Marketing & Promotion
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
  • Advertise properties through digital platforms, listing services, and traditional media.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
