Job Description
- Generate sales through company-provided leads, self-generated leads, references, and networking.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements and investment objectives.
- Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and documentation.
- Arrange and conduct customer meetings and property site visits.
- Convert enquiries and site visits into bookings and successful sales.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and investors.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Maintain accurate lead details, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the pre-sales, marketing, CRM, and management teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process and coordinate documentation and payment-related formalities.
- Stay updated on property market trends, competing projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, promotional activities, and company-organised site visits.
