Job Description

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment

opportunities.

• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.

• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong client relationships.

• Convert prospects into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.

• Keep clients informed about project updates, pricing, offers, and market trends.

• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
