Job Description

To manage and supervise the complete production process of electrical control panels, power distribution panels, and machine electrical panels, ensuring timely manufacturing, quality, safety, cost control, and efficient utilization of manpower and resources.

  • Material & Inventory Management
  • Required Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of electrical panel wiring, assembly, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and wiring drawings.
  • Knowledge of PLC panels, VFD panels, control panels, and machine electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical components such as Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, Omron, or equivalent brands.
  • Knowledge of electrical testing instruments, including multimeters, insulation resistance testers, and continuity testers.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, ERP/MRP systems, and production reporting.
  • Knowledge of relevant electrical safety practices and applicable panel standards.
