Job Description
Job Role & Responsibilities
* Handle customer queries related to Personal Loans & OD services.
* Generate leads through calling, references, and other sales channels.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Explain loan offers, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
* Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for smooth loan processing.
* Conduct regular customer follow-ups and track applications.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
* Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
