Job Description – Packing Executive (E-commerce Operations)Position: Packing Executive – E-commerce Operations

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Packing Executive who has hands-on knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations, order processing, packing, shipping labels, and inventory management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily orders received from e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, FirstCry, Shopify, etc.
• Print and verify shipping labels, invoices, barcodes, SKU labels, and marketplace-specific labels.
• Pick, pack, and prepare products accurately according to marketplace and courier requirements.
• Ensure correct product, quantity, packaging, and label before dispatch.
• Maintain proper inventory records and stock movement.
• Update inward, outward, damaged, returned, and dispatched stock regularly.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and report inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate with courier partners and logistics teams for timely order dispatch.
• Handle marketplace returns, RTO shipments, and returned inventory.
• Maintain proper organization of products, packing material, and warehouse stock.
• Ensure packaging quality standards are followed to minimize transit damage.
• Assist in stock receiving, checking, SKU identification, and storage.
• Maintain daily dispatch and inventory reports.
• Support the operations team during high-volume sales periods.
• Required Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in e-commerce packing, warehouse, or marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with seller panels of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar platforms.
• Experience in label printing and order processing.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good understanding of SKU and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders accurately.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to operate printers, barcode scanners, and related equipment.
• Responsible, organized, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Experience1–3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse, packing, dispatch, inventory, or marketplace operations.
