Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel operations, bookings, vendor coordination, and client requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of domestic and international travel operations and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day domestic and international tour operations.
• Prepare and manage tour itineraries, bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate with hotels, transporters, DMCs, vendors, and other service providers.
• Manage hotel, flight, sightseeing, transfers, and activity bookings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Follow up with vendors for confirmations, rates, availability, and service updates.
• Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and last-minute requirements.
• Prepare and maintain booking documents, vouchers, invoices, and operational records.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed before the client's departure.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
• Resolve operational issues and client queries promptly.
• Maintain proper records of vendors, bookings, costing, and payments.
• Ensure excellent service quality and smooth execution of tours.
• Requirements0-6 months of experience in Travel & Tourism Operations.
