Motion Graphic DesignerJob SummaryBMDU is looking for a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and brand communications. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, animation, storytelling, and visual composition, with the ability to turn creative concepts into impactful motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, videos, and visual content for digital and social media platforms.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments based on briefs.
• Design animated posts, promotional videos, reels, explainers, advertisements, and campaign creatives.
• Work with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver content within deadlines.
• Add animation, transitions, typography, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Maintain brand consistency across all motion and video assets.
• Edit and enhance existing video footage when required.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Stay updated with current design, animation, video, and social media trends.
• Collaborate with designers, content writers, marketers, and other team members to develop effective creative campaigns.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of motion design, animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Video editing and post-production skills.
• Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual content.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good time-management and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or video design preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and video work is required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, Premiere Pro, or other 3D/motion tools.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of sound design and color grading.
• Understanding of current social media content trends.
