Job Description
Job SummaryThe MIS Executive is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining organizational data and reports to support business operations and decision-making. The role includes preparing MIS reports, maintaining databases, monitoring business performance, and ensuring data accuracy across departments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and analyze data from various departments.
- Create and maintain Excel dashboards and performance reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain employee, vendor, and business databases.
- Develop reports using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and Charts.
- Prepare management presentations and business summaries.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Support management with ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Monitor KPIs and provide insights for process improvement.
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS records.
- Required SkillsAdvanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts)
- Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Data analysis and reporting
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management and multitasking
- Knowledge of Google Sheets (preferred)
