Maintenance Engineer (HVAC, Refrigeration & Electrical)

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Engineer to handle the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems, refrigerators, chillers, and electrical wiring. The candidate should have practical technical knowledge, good troubleshooting skills, and the ability to ensure the smooth and safe operation of all equipment.

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of air conditioners (split AC, window AC, and other HVAC systems).
• Diagnose and repair refrigerators, deep freezers, and commercial refrigeration equipment.
• Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot chillers and related cooling systems.
• Carry out electrical wiring, installation, repairs, and maintenance of electrical components.
• Identify and resolve electrical faults, short circuits, power supply issues, and equipment malfunctions.
• Inspect compressors, motors, thermostats, contactors, relays, capacitors, and control panels.
• Check refrigerant levels, identify gas leakage, and perform refrigerant charging as required.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and equipment history.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to minimize downtime and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and safe refrigerant-handling practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure uninterrupted equipment operation.
• Maintain tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
• Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Practical experience in AC, refrigerator, chiller, and electrical maintenance.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Knowledge of compressors, motors, sensors, control panels, and refrigeration components.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of electrical safety standards and refrigerant-handling practices.
• Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in commercial or industrial AC and refrigeration systems.
• Experience with chiller operation and maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of pumps, cooling towers, and water circulation systems.
• Experience maintaining electrical panels and power distribution systems.
• Key Performance ExpectationsMinimize equipment downtime through timely maintenance.
• Ensure reliable operation of ACs, refrigerators, chillers, and electrical systems.
