Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Relationship Officer (ARO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, educate customers about personal loan and overdraft products, and ensure high-quality service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loans and overdraft products.
• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements clearly.
• Handle inbound customer queries and provide prompt, accurate solutions.
• Follow up with leads to ensure smooth application processing.
• Maintain daily call logs, customer records, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, credit, and sales) for smooth loan processing.
• Meet daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to overall team performance goals

Requirements

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling (preferably in finance/loans).
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of personal loan/overdraft products is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
• Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
