Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for insurance products.

Explain insurance plans, benefits, and coverage to prospective customers.

Identify customer requirements and assess their insurance needs.

Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate customer details and lead records in the CRM.

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead generation goals.

Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.

Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions
