Job Description: Outbound TelecallerCompany Name: One Click Insurance Web Aggregator

Job Title: Outbound Telecaller

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹5,000 per month

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products and services.
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and sales targets.
  • Maintain customer records and update call details in the company system.
  • Provide accurate information about insurance policies, benefits, and premiums.
  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Hindi; English communication is an advantage.
  • Candidates should be confident, target-oriented, and comfortable making outbound calls.
  • Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience.
