Job Description
Key Responsibilities:-
Unicommerce Management & Synchronization:Configure, update, and manage SKU master data, product listings, bundles, and kit mappings inside Unicommerce. Ensure real-time multi-channel inventory sync across D2C portals (Shopify/WooCommerce) and key marketplaces. Monitor sync error logs, channel buffers, and buffer stock allocations to prevent overselling and out-of-stock penalties.
Returns & RTO Reconciliation:
- Manage Return to Origin (RTO) and customer return inwarding processes in Unicommerce.
- Perform quality checks on returned goods, classify inventory (salable, damaged, refurbished), and update stock status accordingly.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.
System Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience using Unicommerce (Uniware WMS/OMS) is mandatory.
